Price is subject to change without notice. Clients who have commissioned me and/or received work before this price list has gone into effect are not bound to its contents.

The following prices below are base prices, and may vary depending on what will be discussed between the artist and the client.
Do note that the price format is as follows: USD | PHPPayment is done through Ko-Fi/VGen/PayPal (USD) or GCash (PHP).

- May range from messy to clean.

Colored Sketch
- Colored sketches; flats + messy shading, cleaner lines.

Flat Colors
- Includes clean lineart and flat coloring.

- Fully shaded/rendered.

GENERAL

CLIENT (that's you <3)
◈ Clients must thoroughly read and understand the terms of service and commission prices before availing services.
◈ Clients can share the final product externally with proper credit.
◈ Clients may not claim the work as their own.
◈ Clients can use the artwork for personal purposes (e.g., profile pictures, wallpapers).
◈ Clients can print or reproduce for personal use, excluding sales, unless specified otherwise.
◈ Clients cannot change, modify, edit, or use the artist's works without permission.
◈ Clients who have commissioned and/or received work before this terms of service has gone into effect are still bound to its contents.ARTIST (this is me <3)
◈ Commissioning means availing the artist's service only.
◈ The artist reserves the right to publish the finished artwork on their social media or portfolio unless specified otherwise.
◈ The artist can decline any commission without explanation.
◈ No use of commissioned work for blockchain-related technology, such as NFTs, AI production, or cryptocurrency.COMMERCIAL RIGHTS & FEES
◈ Commercial Use: Includes selling, profiting from platforms where the artwork is published, and using the art for promotions.
◈ Total commission price and royalties for commercial use must be agreed upon upfront.
◈ Additional Fee: Base price increases by 100% of the initial price.COPYRIGHT
◈ Artist's Rights: The artist retains all copyright over the work, including publishing, redistributing, reproducing, or using it for sales or self-promotion.
◈ Character Design Rights: The artist does not claim rights to character design unless created by the artist. The client retains rights to their creations.

COMMISSIONS

AVAILING A COMMISSION
◈ Discussions may be done through any of my social media platforms. Please refer to the "Contact" section of this carrd.
◈ I don't work in order. Your work will be finished within the agreed timeframe unless stated otherwise.PAYMENT
◈ Methods: Ko-Fi/VGen/PayPal (USD) and GCash (PHP).
◈ Payments: 80% upfront & 20% after sending the final product
◈ Rush Fees: Additional 80% fee for deadlines shorter than my minimum time.
◈ Transactions will be initiated by the me before any kind of payment. No payment should be sent without confirmation.
◈ Blacklisting: Non-payment leads to blacklisting.CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
◈ Full refund will be made if the client cancels before any work is started.
◈ No refunds once any work begins.
◈ Artist Cancellation: Full reimbursement.TURNAROUND TIME
◈ Duration: ~3 weeks (effective after payment).
◈ Client-set deadlines must be disclosed before payment.
◈ Clients will be notified of any delays. No harassment over my work speed will be tolerated.UPDATES
◈ Updates will be sent during these stages - Sketch, Flat Colors, & Rendering. I may also send them randomly.
◈ All WIPs will be sent as .JPG or .PNG files via the client's preferred service.REVISIONS & FEEDBACK
◈ Feedback is encouraged at each WIP stage.
◈ Major revisions are limited to the "Sketch" stage.
◈ No redraw without payment for a second order.
◈ Blacklisting: Rude or inappropriate comments will result in blacklisting.FINAL PRODUCT
◈ High-resolution work will be made available via Email/Google Drive in .PNG format, but the client may request for a different file format if they want to.
◈ The artist is allowed to post about the commission unless an NDA is paid for.
